Meet James Partee. You may remember him as one of the finalists who spoke at a public security forum last summer. Most of you, have seen him at forums, meetings, or just around town. James has an extensive career in law enforcement. He began his law enforcement career in 1991 with the St. Louis County Police Department working special assignments, including narcotics and street gangs. Partee later worked as a DARE and School Resource Officer for the city of St. Peters and a detective lieutenant for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department, where he was in charge of the Criminal Investigations Division. Most recently he served as the chief of police for the Moscow Mills Police Department for three years.
